Belbien™ EX has an exterior rating and features an anti-corrosive film
layer that makes it resistant to direct UV sunlight, rain, ice,
smog, and other perils of nature. It can withstand temperature
environments from -50o to +200o F.
On-site application of Belbien™ and other related products are
available through Surfacequest, Inc., it's dealers and certain exclusive
joint-venture partners. |

Original
Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's) are defined as those customers
who purchase and install Belbien™ or Interart™ or related architectural films on their product,
at the point of production. By offering the Belbien™ and related architectural film finishes,
they increase sales of their standard products.
Surfacequest, Inc. and/or the appropriate joint-venture partner
will deal directly with OEM's |

Surfacequest
International is the company that is focused exclusively on
franchising. Its mission is to "package and replicate" the
original business model. It trains and assists Surfacequest dealers in all aspects of sales, marketing,
operations, and installation. |

NATIONAL ACCOUNTS
|

|
National
accounts are defined as those businesses that have numerous
locations throughout North America. Examples would include
retail chains, REITS (Real Estate Investment Trusts),
hotel/motel chains, property management firms, ownership groups,
large developers/builders, and large corporate entities.
Surfacequest will continue to work with existing accounts and
pursue new business. Leads and opportunities will be channeled
to the nearest and/or most qualified dealer. |

STANDARD PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

This is one
of the most "fun" and innovative parts of the overall strategy.
After countless discussions, tours, and presentations with
architects, designers, OEM's, and end-users, some rather unique
materials have been discovered. Combined with Belbien™, these
materials offer creative and innovative product solutions.
Most of
these materials come from companies that either are OEM
customers now or are in process. This relationship is part of
the Strategic Partners Program. |

STRATEGIC PARTNERS PROGRAM

This is
another way Surfacequest will support our dealer network and
their customers. A strategic partner is defined as a company
whose product or service adds value to Surfacequest and/or its
dealers. In return, Surfacequest offers marketing services and access to
our dealer network. There is some exchange of product, service,
or access that adds value to both parties. Many of these types
of relationships will come from a growing base of OEM customers.
These
types of relationships with these kinds of companies provide a
dynamic mechanism for new products and new applications. |
