The Surfacequest Guide to Retail Rollouts

Architectural Fusions are an economical way to quickly execute a consistent look for new and renovated store applications. Choose from 1700+ patterns and emulate materials such as woods, stones, leathers, and metals. Architectural Fusions are applied to any smooth, non-porous surface including new and existing retail surfaces, metal fixtures and cash wraps. We created this guide to outline a successful rollout.

Share the Vision

What is the goal of your project? This includes the number of stores, location, and timeline for completion of each location. Include important dates like store openings and celebrations.

Internal Point of Contact

This is an individual within your team that the Surfacequest Operations Team can coordinate and communicate with for all project questions. This should be a designated decision maker for the rollout.

On-site Point of Contact

This person is someone the Surfacequest Operations Team can communicate with for site specific questions and should be the designated decision maker for on-site issues, especially any quick changes that need to be made once our installers are on site.

Site Photos and Dimensions

Share with the Surfacequest Team any existing condition photos and/or dimensions needed that are pertinent to the specific project.

Documentation

Fully executed paperwork including W9s, signed contracts and Purchase Orders are required to make sure the project is completed on time and successful for all.

Lead Time

Our typical lead time is 4-6 weeks from the date our contract is signed. The sooner we can get the information outlined above, the more easily our team can meet your desired schedule.
